If anyone has had success, please let me know. I resigned myself to install from the Ubuntu package :-( To install TreeviewX, I use the following steps: * Install the package via ''apt-get'':
% sudo apt-get -y install treeviewx
* You need to remove to Science item from the application menu. To do it, edit ''/usr/share/applications/treeviewx.desktop'' by adding this line at the very end:
NoDisplay=True
* You need to add TreeviewX to the Impilo application menu by editing the Xfce4 configuration file:
% sudo xfce4-menueditor /etc/xdg/xfce4/desktop/menu.xml
* The three items to add are : * Item: Launcher * Name: TreeviewX * Commande: tv
