===== Procedure =====

Here is the procedure for installing de Sirius:

  * Sirius is distributed as a Java installer which take care of everything :-) After downloading it in ''/home/bioubuntu'', you only have to run it using admin privileges:

% sudo ./Sirius_linux_1_2.sh
</code>

  * The installer ask two important questions: where to put the program and its support files and where to put the alias for execution. In an Impilo installation , we use the following values:  

    * Installation site:

/opt/bio/sources/Sirius
</code>
    * Alias site:
<code>
/usr/local/bin
</code>

  * Et voilà! To add Sirius to the Impilo application menu, you need to modify the Xfce4 configuration file:

% sudo xfce4-menueditor /etc/xdg/xfce4/desktop/menu.xml
</code>

  * The three things to add are :
    * Item: Launcher
    * Name: Sirius
    * Command: Sirius
